Playbill On-Line, an internationally-known website devoted to the American theatre, has two part-time, unpaid internships available to a college student interested in theatre and/or on-line journalism.

Two positions are available in winter-spring 2000. Applications are accepted via snail-mail hardcopy and must arrive at our office no later than Jan. 7. Please do not call. Sorting and filing press releases, photos and other theatre-related material
Scanning and cropping photos used in online news stories
Coordinating and posting theatre listings
Researching news & feature stories
Writing occasional news pieces
Assisting with special projects (e.g., Countdown to Curtain; photo montages)
Typing: 45+ wpm
Familiarity with PC or Mac computer environment
Familiarity with the internet & Playbill On-Line
Interest in theatre and on-line journalism
Desktop or website experience extra-helpful
