News Irish Rep's Take Me Along Revival Extended to May 4 The Irish Repertory Theatre's revival of Take Me Along — the sunny musical version of Eugene O'Neill's Ah, Wilderness! – has been extended to May 4, the Off-Broadway troupe announced.

Artistic director Charlotte Moore directs the jewel-box version of the Broadway show that has music and lyrics by Bob Merrill and a book by Joseph Stein and Robert Russell. Music direction is by Mark Hartman.

The Irish Repertory Theatre's home is located at 132 West 22nd Street in Manhattan. The production officially opened Feb. 28.

The cast features Anastasia Barzee, Donna Bullock, Dewey Caddell, Teddy Eck, Beth Glover, Justin Packard, William Parry, Noah Ruff, Emily Skeggs, Gordon Stanley and Don Stephenson (as Uncle Sid, the role created by Jackie Gleason).

The creative team includes set designer James Morgan, costume designer Linda Fisher, lighting designer Mary Jo Dondlinger, sound designer Zachary Williamson, choreographer Barry McNabb and wig and hair designer Robert-Charles Vallance. The stage manager is Rhonda Picou. Assistant stage manager is Arthur Atkinson.

Performances of Take Me Along are Wednesday-Saturday at 8 PM. Matinees are Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday at 3 PM. Tickets are $60 and $55. For more information call (212) 727-2737 or visit www.irishrep.org.
