The Broadway company of the international hit musical Wicked welcomes a host of new principals beginning July 31 at the Gershwin Theatre.

Jackie Burns returns to the role of the green-skinned, misunderstood Elphaba for the first time since 2013, having recently concluded her run in the national tour of If/Then.

Burns, who also played Elphaba in the national tour of Wicked, is joined by Amanda Jane Cooper, who is making her Broadway debut as Glinda; August: Osage County Tony winner Rondi Reed, who returns to the Broadway company as Madame Morrible (a role she also played in Chicago); Ashley Parker Angel, a member of the multi-platinum recording group O-Town, who assumes the role of Fiyero after playing the role in the national tour; Jye Frasca, a member of the original London company of Wicked, who is making his Broadway debut as Boq; and Kristen Martin as Nessarose, a role she has played in the national tour and internationally.

Jennifer DiNoia (Elphaba), Kara Lindsay (Glinda), Sheryl Lee Ralph (Madame Morrible), Michael Campayno (Fiyero), Dawn E. Cantwell (Nessarose), and Zachary Noah Piser (Boq) played their final performances July 29 in the Stephen Schwartz-Winnie Holzman musical.
