Comedian Jackie Mason is set to return to Broadway's Royale Theatre on Oct. 8.
Before he begins to serve Prune Danish to Broadway audiences, however, Mason will bring his newest one-man show to the Helen Hayes Theatre Company in Nyack, New York, from Sept. 9 to Sept. 14 and again from Sept. 24 to Sept. 29.
Subtitled "always fresh, never stale!," Mason's new show skewers "people, issues and groups that define our daily lives." Mason's last Broadway outing was dubbed Much Ado About Everything, and the veteran entertainer received a 1987 Special Tony Award for his show The World According to Me.
