News Jake Epstein Set for New Off-Broadway Play Straight "Degrassi" regular and Beautiful Broadway actor Jake Epstein is set to lead the cast of Scott Elmegreen and Drew Fornarola's Straight, which will have its world premiere at Off-Broadway's Acorn Theatre @ Theater Row in February.

Epstein will star as Ben, a 26-year-old investment banker who, according to production notes, "likes beer, sports, and Emily. And Chris." Thomas E. Sullivan will play Chris.

Straight, to be directed by Andy Sandberg (Application Pending), is set to begin previews Feb. 9, 2016, and officially open Feb. 29. Performances will run through May 8. For more information visit StraightThePlay.com.

Epstein played the role of Craig Manning on "Degrassi: The Next Generation" for six years and has performed on Broadway in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark.
