The 1998 Williamstown Theatre Festival may be over, but that doesn't stop such festival stalwarts as Olympia Dukakis, James Naughton and Joanne Woodward from supporting the theatre. That trio and others will gather Nov. 15 at the Hudson Theatre in Manhattan for a benefit in support of Williamstown. Chicago stars and Tony winners Naughton and Ann Reinking will reunite for the event, performing together on stage. Also scheduled to entertain are Andrea Marcovicci, Scott Wolf, Kate Burton and Dana Reeve. Otherwise attending the event will be Dukakis, Lauren Bacall, Robert Sean Leonard, Woodward, Paul Newman, Tate Donavan, Dylan Baker, Roger Rees, Richard Kind and Linda Purl.
The evening will begin at 7 PM, with dinner at 8 PM and the show at 9:30 PM. Tickets ranged from $75 to $200. The Hudson Theatre is located in the Millennium Hotel at W. 44th St. For information, call (212) 228-2286 or (413) 458-3200.
