News Jason Lindahl, Spider-Man and Ghost Technician, Found Dead The body of Jason Lindahl, a 27-year-old technician who had been currently working in video production for Broadway's Ghost The Musical and previously for Spider-Man Turn Off the Dark, was found near the Hudson River July 4, according to the New York Daily News.

Mr. Lindahl, who had last been seen at his apartment in Astoria, Queens, vanished Sunday morning, July 1. His fully clothed body washed up near the George Washington Bridge at West 179th Street at approximately 9:40 PM Wednesday, July 4.

Mr. Lindahl's body was then taken to the 79th Street Boat Basin for identification.

The Broadway technician had sent e-mails of a suicidal nature to friends in recent days. A handwritten suicide note was also found at his home.

The medical examiner's office has yet to release the cause of death.

Mr. Lindahl was also the associate projection designer for the recent Broadway revival of Bye Bye Birdie. A graduate of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Mr. Lindahl was also a designer at Lightswitch. He was a member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees and received international recognition as the Media Designer for the 2007 and 2011 United States National Exhibits at the Prague Quadrennial Scenographic Exposition.
