News Jeffrey Tambor Will Join Harvey Fierstein in Broadway's La Cage Six-time Emmy Award nominee Jeffrey Tambor ("Arrested Development," "The Larry Sanders Show") will make his Broadway musical debut as Georges opposite the previously announced Harvey Fierstein as Albin in the Tony Award-winning revival of La Cage aux Folles.

Tambor and Fierstein will begin performances Feb. 15, 2011, at the Longacre Theatre.

Five-time Emmy Award winner Kelsey Grammer and 2010 Tony Award winner Douglas Hodge will play their final performance together Feb. 13.

Jeffrey Tambor made his Broadway debut in 1976 in the comedy Sly Fox and appeared in the New York Shakespeare Festival production of Measure for Measure that same year. In 2005, he returned to Broadway in David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross, which won the Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play and a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Ensemble Performance.

La Cage aux Folles, about a gay couple who run a St. Tropez drag club, features music and lyrics by Jerry Herman and book by Fierstein, based on the play by Jean Poiret. This production is choreographed by Lynne Page and directed by Terry Johnson, who won a 2010 Tony Award for his direction. It won the 2010 Best Revival (Musical) Tony.
