News   Jenny Powers and Matt Cavenaugh Will Bring a Real Good Thing to Birdland
 
The Broadway at Birdland concert series will present Real Good Thing, which features Broadway performers and married couple Jenny Powers and Matt Cavenaugh, Feb. 13 at Birdland.

The performers will celebrate their new album "Gonna Make You Love Me," which was recently released on iTunes and CDBaby.

The 7 PM concert will showcase a dynamic mix of traditional standards, contemporary pop and classic musical theatre.

Powers has been seen on Broadway in Little Women and Grease. She also appeared in the Encores! performances of Of Thee I Sing and Follies.

Cavenaugh was last seen on Broadway as Tony in West Side Story. His other Broadway credits include Grey Gardens, A Catered Affair and Urban Cowboy. He has also been seen in the national tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie and Off-Broadway's Death Takes a Holiday.
