News Jeremy Shamos, Laila Robins, Sam Gold, Richard Foreman, Belasco Theatre Named "Best of New York" by The Village Voice Tony Award nominee Jeremy Shamos and Outer Critics Circle nominee Laila Robins have been named Best Theatre Actor and Best Theatre Actress, respectively, in The Village Voice's recently released "Best of New York" issue.

Also featured in the "Best of New York" issue are the Belasco Theatre as Best Broadway Theatre, the Signature Theatre as Best Off-Broadway Theatre, the HERE Arts Center as Best Off Off-Broadway Theatre, Sam Gold (Seminar) as Best Theatre Director and Richard Foreman (Stages) as Best Playwright.

Shamos, who will appear in the forthcoming Broadway revival of Glengarry Glen Ross, was nominated for a 2012 Tony for his performance in Clybourne Park. His other Broadway credits include Elling, The Rivals and Reckless.

Robins was nominated for the Outer Critics Circle Award for her performance in The Lady From Dubuque. Her Broadway credits include Heartbreak House, Frozen, The Herbal Bed and The Real Thing.
