Karen Mason

Karen Mason, who was most recently on Broadway as Tanya in the hit musical Mamma Mia!, will offer her acclaimed Christmas concert at 7 PM. Mason will be followed by Tony Award winner Debbie Gravitte at 9 PM. Theatre fans will remember that Mason followed Gravitte into her Tony-winning roles in Jerome Robbins' Broadway.

Mason will offer her acclaimed "Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!" concert at the early show, which she'll reprise at the King Kong Room Dec. 13. Concertgoers can expect to hear Mason's interpretations of "We Need a Little Christmas," "Count Your Blessings," "It's Today," "Joy to the World," "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" and several other holiday classics.

Gravitte, who will join the Broadway company of Chicago Dec. 15, follows with a mix of Broadway tunes and standards. And, Jim Caruso's Cast Party, featuring Billy Stritch on piano, will finish the evening at 10:30 PM.

A star of the musical theatre and cabaret stage, Karen Mason has appeared on Broadway in Mamma Mia!, Sunset Boulevard, Jerome Robbins' Broadway and Torch Song Trilogy. Her Off-Broadway credits include And the World Goes 'Round and Carnival, and she has also been seen on the small screen in "Law & Order" and "As the World Turns." A four-time MAC Award-winning performer, Mason has charmed audiences at Carnegie Hall, Rainbow & Stars, Davenport's and L.A.'s The Cinegrill. Her solo recordings include "When the Sun Comes Out," "Not So Simply Broadway" and "Christmas! Christmas! Christmas!"

Debbie Gravitte received a Tony Award for her performance in Jerome Robbins’ Broadway. Her other Main Stem credits include They’re Playing Our Song, Perfectly Frank, Blues in the Night, Zorba, Les Misérables and Ain’t Broadway Grand. Gravitte’s solo recordings include “The MGM Album” and “The Alan Menken Album.” The King Kong Room at the Supper Club is located in Manhattan at 240 West 47th Street.
