PlayBlog Jerry Lee Lewis Jams with Million Dollar Quartet Cast (Video) Jerry Lee Lewis, the last surviving member of the original Million Dollar Quartet, visited the musical of the same name Sept. 10 and performed a special onstage encore with cast members.

Lewis traded dizzy fingers with his Tony-winning doppelganger in the show, Levi Kreis, and also performed a brief version of "Great Balls of Fire."

Million Dollar Quartet, which theatricalizes the famous 1956 recorded jam session featuring Lewis, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash and Carl Perkins, is currently playing at the Nederlander Theatre.
