News   Jersey Boys' Jarrod Spector Will Offer Minor Fall, Major Lift NYC Concert
Jarrod Spector, who currently stars as Frankie Valli in the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical Jersey Boys, will offer a solo concert called Minor Fall, Major Lift in celebration of the opening of Flute Cabaret in Manhattan. Performances play Nov. 6-7 at 8:30 PM.

The concert, directed by Eric Michael Gillett with music direction by Adam Ben-David, will feature Teresa Gattison and Rachel Stern on backup vocals.

In Minor Fall, Major Lift, according to press notes, "Spector covers everything from The Jackson 5 to Led Zeppelin. After more than 1,000 performances in the hit musical Jersey Boys, Spector is taking audiences on the ride of HIS lifetime. From 'Star Search' champion to Ivy League dropout and back to Broadway as one of the most iconic rock singers ever, these are the songs and stories of a kid from Philadelphia and his tumultuous relationship with music."

Also featured in Minor Fall, Major Lift are Ben-David on keys, Jake Schwartz on guitar, Mat Fieldes on bass, Dan Willis on horns and Damien Bassman on drums.

Flute, a champagne bar and lounge in the Gramercy area of Manhattan, is launching weekly cabaret nights on Sundays and Mondays.
