News Jersey Boys Plans Bash to Mark 10 Years on Broadway Jersey Boys, the musical biography of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, will celebrate its tenth anniversary on Broadway with a special Nov. 8 curtain call and party at the August Wilson Theatre.

Alumni cast members and creative team TBA will be present for the curtain call, followed by a party for the production.

Jersey Boys opened Nov. 6, 2005, and won four 2006 Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The actual anniversary date falls on Friday, but the milestone will be marked with the special performance on Sunday.

The show is also planning a lower-key celebration at the Nov. 6 performance, which will be a benefit for the Greater Newark Holiday Fund, to provide holiday presents for underprivileged New Jersey kids. To buy the specially priced tickets, use the code JBNEWARK when ordering.

Valli, composer Bob Gaudio and the current Broadway cast appeared on NBC's "The Today Show" to perform a medley of "Beggin'" and "Oh What a Night" from the show:

 

Jersey Boys has been produced around the world and on tour in North America, with a film version released in 2014.
