Emmy nominee Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who recently appeared in the Public Theater productions of The Merchant of Venice and The Winter's Tale, recently filmed a public service announcement for Fight Back New York, an organization looking to vote "no" to New York State senators who voted against marriage equality last year.

Ferguson, an Emmy nominee for "Modern Family," has also appeared for the Public in A Midsummer Night's Dream and on Broadway in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Additional television credits include "The Class" and "Ugly Betty."
