After recent summer and fall engagements at the Beechman, the Tony-nominated veteran takes to the stage with her "newest and most outrageous riffs on Hollywood, pop culture, celebrities and award show fashions." Joan Rivers Live! plays the Beechman Jan. 5, 2010; Jan. 6, 2010; Jan. 12, 2010; Jan. 20, 2010; Feb. 3, 2010; and Feb. 24, 2010. Showtime is 8 PM.

Joan Rivers earned a Best Actress Tony nomination for her 1994 play Sally Marr...and Her Escorts, which she co-wrote with Erin Sanders and director Lonny Price. She made her Broadway debut in Fun City and later joined the cast of Neil Simon's Broadway Bound. She was a regular guest-host for Johnny Carson on "The Tonight Show" and also hosted "The Joan Rivers Show."

A portion of the $30 cover will benefit God's Love We Deliver and Guide Dogs for the Blind. There is a $15 food and drink minimum at the Laurie Beechman Theatre.
