The new work is presented at the Taper by special arrangement with Jeffrey Finn and features set design by Tony Award winner John Lee Beatty, costume design by Tony Award winner Catherine Zuber, lighting design by Ben Stanton and sound design by Obie Award winner David Van Tieghem. The production stage manager is Barclay Stiff.

Her new play, Seminar, will get its world premiere on Broadway in the fall, starring Alan Rickman. She also created the new TV series "Smash," to premiere in early 2012 on NBC. The Emmy Award winner has also written for TV's "LA Law," "Law and Order," "Criminal Intent," "NYPD Blue" and "Brooklyn Bridge."
