McDaniel, who also contributes segments to "The Caroline Rhea Show," will perform at the intimate cabaret on Feb. 15 and 16, with shows at 7:30 and 9:30 PM. McDaniel will introduce a new talent at the concerts, singer actress Eden Espinosa, who recently starred in the workshop of Brooklyn. Espinosa was cast in the title role of Brooklyn, a new musical by Mark Schoenfeld and Barri McPherson that McDaniel hopes to bring to Broadway in the fall. In fact, McDaniel, director/choreographer Jeff Calhoun and producer Mitchell Maxwell will mount a production of the musical in Denver this April.
An accomplished musician and conductor, McDaniel has worked on such Broadway shows as Grease!, Patti LuPone on Broadway and the Tony winning revival of Annie Get Your Gun. He received two Daytime Emmy Awards for his work on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" and also garnered a Grammy Award for Annie Get Your Gun.
