News John Tartaglia Will Narrate A Charlie Brown Christmas at Carnegie Hall Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute will present A Charlie Brown Christmas, a special holiday Family Concert with The New York Pops and music director Steven Reineke, Dec. 21 at 2 PM in Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage.

The staged concert version of Charles M. Schulz's television special "brings the beloved Peanuts characters to life through special choreography performed by dancers from New York Theatre Ballet and child actors from TADA! Youth Theater," according to press notes.

Tony Award nominee John Tartaglia will narrate the story, which will be underscored by the music of Vince Guaraldi, performed by The New York Pops and Judith Clurman’s Essential Voices USA.

Diana Byer is the artistic director of New York Theatre Ballet; Liza Gennaro is the director and choreographer. The afternoon will feature costume design by Carmina de Dios.
