News Johnston, Grant and Webb Dance The Baltimore Waltz for NYC's Signature David Marshall Grant, Kristen Johnston and Jeremy Webb will be featured in Signature Theatre Company's The Baltimore Waltz, the second work in the Off-Broadway troupe's 2004-05 season devoted to the plays of Paula Vogel.

Mark Brokaw directs at the Signature's Peter Norton Space, Nov. 16-Jan. 9. Opening is Dec. 5.

Johnston, known for TV's "Third Rock From the Sun," was recently in Off-Broadway's Aunt Dan and Lemon and Much Ado About Nothing in Central Park. Webb appeared in the Off-Broadway cult hit, Tabletop. Grant appeared in the original Broadway run of Angels in America and penned Off-Broadway's Snakebit.

Set design is by Neil Patel, costume design by Michael Krass, lighting design by Mark McCullough, sound design by David Van Tieghem and projection design by Jan Hartley.

  According to the announcement, "When elementary school teacher Anna acquires a mysterious illness, her brother Carl whisks her away to Europe in search of a secret cure. While Carl conducts cloak and dagger routines to procure black market medication, Anna indulges in all sensual pleasures as if each day is her last."

The Baltimore Waltz is Vogel's 1992 Obie award-winning play, "a funny and touching tribute to her brother, who died of AIDS in 1988." Signature is currently presenting Paula Vogel's The Oldest Profession, which runs through Oct. 10.
