In the Heights star and "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks visited "The Wendy Williams Show" Sept. 13 to chat about appearing in the Tony Award-winning musical. In this clip, she describes her reaction (or attempts to not have a reaction) to seeing her face on a billboard in Times Square.

Sparks is making her Broadway debut in In the Heights. Her albums, "Jordin Sparks" and "Battlefield," have featured the hit singles "No Air," "Tattoo," "Battlefield" and "One Step at a Time."  Her cover of the Oscar-winning song "Beauty and the Beast," from the film and stage musical of the same name, has just been released on iTunes. The song was recorded to mark the upcoming re-release to theatres and on DVD/Blu-ray of the classic animated film.

Sparks is currently scheduled to stay with the show through Nov. 14. In the Heights plays at the Richard Rodgers Theatre.
