Josh Radnor will assume the role of Benjamin Braddock in the Broadway production of The Graduate beginning June 11. An official press announcement confirms that Radnor will step in for Jason ("American Pie") Biggs — who will take a leave from the show to film a leading role in Woody Allen's new film — from June 11 through Aug. 18. Biggs, who currently plays Braddock, will return to the production Aug. 20 and stay with the show through Nov. 20.

Radnor will be making his Broadway debut in The Graduate, which co stars Kathleen Turner as the infamous Mrs. Robinson and Alicia Silverstone as her daughter Elaine. A graduate of NYU's Graduate Acting Program, Radnor has appeared on the New York stage in productions for the Blue Light Theatre Company and Manhattan Theatre Club. His television credits include roles in "The Court," "Off Centre," "Law & Order" and "Welcome to NY," and he was recently seen in the film "Not Another Teen Movie."

Set in California in the 1960's, The Graduate — which was adapted and directed by Terry Johnson — is currently playing The Plymouth Theatre (236 W. 45th Street). Tickets — ranging from $41.25 to $76.25 — are available through Telecharge by calling (212) 239-6200.
