The dual series commemorates the 75th anniversary of Garland's feature film debut in the 1936 musical comedy "Pigskin Parade." Programming will offer 31 of Garland's films, including favorites like "A Star Is Born," "Easter Parade," "Meet Me in St. Louis," "Summer Stock" and a sing-a-long screening of "The Wizard of Oz."

The event will also provide audiences the opportunity to see rarely screened Garland films on the big screen, such as the John Cassavetes' film "A Child Is Waiting," "I Could Go On Singing," "Judgment at Nuremberg," "Till the Clouds Roll By," "Andy Hardy Meets Debutante" and two more films with Vincent Minnelli, "The Pirate" and "The Clock."

The film series will screen at the Walter Reade Theatre in Manhattan July 26-Aug. 9, while a retrospective of Garland's television work runs at the Paley Center through Aug. 18. The television series began July 20.

In addition to presentations of "The Judy Garland Show," the Paley Center will offer appearances on "The Ed Sullivan Show," "The Tonight Show," "The Sammy Davis Jr. Show," "On Broadway Tonight" and "The Jack Paar Program."
