The highly anticipated Renee Zellwegger–starring Judy will have its Canadian premiere at Toronto International Film Festival. In addition to the biopic, over a dozen Broadway vets will make appearances in movies on TIFF's calendar. Check out some of the theatre-related highlights Playbill caught below.

Upcoming The Music Man star Hugh Jackman and Allison Janney (9 to 5) have leading roles in Bad Education, about a Long Island school rocked by scandal.

Marisa Tomei, slated to appear in the upcoming revival of The Rose Tattoo by Tennessee Williams, co-stars with Academy Award nominee Isabelle Huppert in Frankie.

Recent Tony nominees Annette Bening (All My Sons) and Adam Driver (Burn This) appear in Hope Gap and The Report, respectively.

Tony winners Cynthia Erivo and Leslie Odom, Jr. star in the biopic Harriet (which dropped its trailer today).

Hello, Dolly! star Beanie Feldstein plays the lead in How to Build a Girl, alongside 2019 Tony nominee Paddy Considine (The Ferryman), Emma Thompson, and Chris O'Dowd.

Broadway alum Nicole Kidman (The Blue Room) stars with upcoming West Side Story star Ansel Elgort in The Goldfinch.

Meryl Streep and Antonio Banderas (Nine) will appear together in Stephen Soderbergh’s The Laundromat, about the Panama Papers.

An all-star cast will be directed by Veep’s Armando Iannucci in The Personal History of David Copperfield: Dev Patel, Tilda Swinton, Hugh Laurie, Gwendoline Christie, Peter Capaldi, and Ben Whishaw.

Another star vehicle, Knives Out, will also play at TIFF. The film’s trailer was released earlier this year, highlighting performances from stage and screen veterans Toni Collette, Chris Evans, and Daniel Craig.

Rounding out the lineup are Anthony Hopkins and Jonathan Pryce in The Two Popes, Susan Surandon and Kate Winslet in Blackbird, upcoming Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? star Eddie Izzard in Abominable, and Bruce Springsteen in Western Star.
