News Kassan's little Willy to Have Run Off-Broadway April 6-30 Like Minded productions, in association with The Rude Mechanicals Theater Company, will present an Apirl 6-30 run of Mark Kassan's little Willy [sic], to be directed by John Gould Rubin.

The engagement—Rude Mechanicals Theatre's first offering since Wil Eno's The Flu Season—will play the Ohio Theatre on Wooster Street in Soho. The cast includes Kassen himself as the unfortunately named and more unfortunately born William Patrick Hitler and Roxanna Hope in a variety of roles, including "several women who fall under his spell."

little Willy "tells the little known true story of the devil-may-care playboy William Patrick Hitler, who also happened to be none other than Adolf Hitler's estranged nephew. The show exposes William's life as a skirt-chaser, VW Beetle car salesman and United States Naval soldier and reveals publicly for the first time the secrets that he used to bribe his notorious uncle." The play was redeveloped in 2005 at NY Stage & Film.

Kassen performed on Broadway in The Last Night of Ballyhoo and Off-Broadway in Things You Shouldn't Say Past Midnight.

Director John Gould Rubin has directed The Trail of Her Inner Thigh by Erin Cressida Wilson and John Patrick Shanley's musical A Winter Party for LAByrinth Theater. He also produced LAByrinth Theater's productions of Our Lady of 121st Street, Jesus Hopped The 'A' Train and Dirty Story.

Tickets are $15 and can be purchased by calling (212) 279-4200.
