Performances will begin Feb. 10, 2015, prior to an official Feb. 26.

The musical, which features music by Andrew Lippa, lyrics by Tom Greenwald and a book by Greenwald and Lippa, premiered Off-Broadway in 1995. This production will include the premiere of a new song, "Trouble with Men."

Here's how the production is billed: "John & Jen is an intimate story about connections, commitments and the healing of the human heart."

"I am thrilled to be working with the wonderful Kate Baldwin on John & Jen, Keen Company's second musical," Jonathan Silverstein, Keen artistic director, said in a statement. "Not only is Kate well versed in Andrew Lippa's music, but her emotional range and intelligence is a perfect fit for the complicated role of Jen. Andrew and Tom have been busy fine tuning the piece and I eagerly look forward to presenting this touching story in our intimate home at The Clurman on Theatre Row."

"It's beyond exciting to know that one of our foremost stage actresses is performing the role of Jen,” Lippa and Greenwald added. "Kate will bring the perfect combination of warmth, strength and humor to the part. Not to mention that glorious voice!"

Baldwin received a Tony nomination for her performance in Finian's Rainbow. Her Broadway credits also include The Full Monty. Thoroughly Modern Millie and Wonderful Town. Her stage work also includes Giant, Can Can and South Pacific.

Additional cast members and the creative team will be announced at a later date.

The Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row is located at 410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Aves. For more information, visit keencompany.org
