The new revival of the Wendy Wasserstein play will run Aug. 15-Sept. 2 on the Main Stage. Scott Lowell co-stars with Grant as Heidi's on-again, off-again love interest Scoop Rosenbaum. Grant appeared in David Auburn's Proof for six months of the Broadway run. She also appeared on Broadway in Wasserstein's An American Daughter. Off-Broadway credits include Radiant Baby and Between Us.

Lowell's regional credits include Present Laughter at the Pasadena Playhouse, Light Up the Sky and A Christmas Carol at Goodman Theatre and Picasso At The Lapin Agile and Twelfth Night at Steppenwolf, and Durang/Durang at Hollywood Court Theater. Television credits include "Queer As Folk," in which he played Ted Schmidt.

The production will be the most significant New York-area mounting of the period piece (action takes place from the late '60s to the mid-'80s) since the show first played Broadway in the late '80s.

The staging concludes the 2006 Mainstage summer season at BTF.
