News Kathleen Chalfant, Daniel Jenkins and More Set for World Premiere of Sarah Ruhl's For Peter Pan on Her 70th Birthday Casting has been announced for the Actors Theatre of Louisville’s 2016 production of Sarah Ruhl's For Peter Pan on her 70th birthday, which will receive its world premiere during the 40th Humana Festival of New American Plays.

Multi award-winning actress Kathleen Chalfant, known for her performances in Wit and Angels in America, will head a cast that also includes Daniel Jenkins, David Chandler, Ron Crawford, Lisa Emery  and Keith Reddin.

Directed by Les Waters, performances are scheduled for March 8-April 10.

For Peter Pan on her 70th birthday, according to press notes, "takes a moving look at growing up and growing old within a family. In the wake of their father’s death, five siblings are stirred to reconnect with childhood dreams and confront the inevitability of the passage of time."

The production will also feature scenic design by Annie Smart, costume design by Kristopher Castle, lighting design by Matt Frey and sound design by Bray Poor.
