The event will be hosted by Audra McDonald, who will also perform. The talent will include Matt Cavenaugh, Darius deHaas, Cheryl Freeman, Sara Gettelfinger, Malcolm Gets, Mandy Gonzalez, Erin Hill, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Adriane Lenox, Trey Lyford, Valerie MacCarthy, Caitlin Miller, Kelli O'Hara, David Reiser, Marla Schaffel, Daniel Torres, and Bill Youmans.

BAM will host the Sundance Institute from May 11-21. The singers—many of whom have at one time participated as a cast member at one of the Sundance Theatre laboratories or have performed in one of the works supported by the Institute—will deliver numbers by 13 composer-lyricist teams who have been supported by Sundance Institute over the past decade. Sundance turned 25 this year.

Among the songwriting teams featured in the concert are: Mark Bennett and Jessica Hagedorn (Most Wanted), Mark Campbell and Steven Lutvak (Songs From an Unmade Bed), Kirsten Childs (Deadlines, Miracle Brothers), Christopher Drobny (K), Scott Frankel and Michael Korie (Grey Gardens), Michael Friedman (Nobody's Lunch), Jenny Giering and Ricky Ian Gordon (My Life With Albertine, Dream True).
