News Kelli O'Hara-Michael Torke Concert at Off-Bway's CSC Cancelled Michael Torke, the composer and pianist who colored the world of Classic Stage Company's The Winter's Tale with a dissonant classical-jazz score, was to perform in concert with Broadway's Kelli O'Hara, Feb. 24, but the gig has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.

The benefit concert was for Off-Broadway's CSC. The troupe is in its 35th season of the works deemed "classic" (revivals or adaptations). O'Hara (Sweet Smell of Success and My Life with Albertine) was to sing Torke songs written specifically for her. Torke's credits include a millennium symphony commission from Michael Eisner and the Walt Disney Company; the "Central Park trilogy," written with A.R. Gurney and commissioned by Great Performances and New York City Opera: "Javelin," an Olympics committee commission that went on to be featured on the album "Summon the Heroes," which reached No. 1 on Billboard's Classical Crossover chart.

Classic Stage Company is at 136 E. 13th Street, between Third and Fourth Avenues. For reservations or more information, call (212) 677-4210 ext. 2.
