The evening promises appearances by Kelli O'Hara (The Bridges of Madison County), Steven Pasquale (The Bridges of Madison County), Carolee Carmello (Parade), Jessica Molaskey (Songs for a New World, Parade), Betsy Wolfe (The Last Five Years), Lauren Kennedy (The Last Five Years), Graham Phillips (13), Allie Trimm (13) and Aaron Simon Gross (13).
Brown will be on piano for the evening that will feature a 10-piece band. Show time for the sold-out event is 8 PM.
Brown is the 2015 Artist-in-Residence at SubCulture. He earned Tony Awards for The Bridges of Madison County (Best Score, Best Orchestrations) and Parade (Best Score). His works also include Songs for a New World, The Last Five Years, 13 and Urban Cowboy. His new musical Honeymoon in Vegas arrived on Broadway Nov. 18. His film adaptation of The Last Five Years will premiere in 2015, while 13 is also in development for the screen.
