News Kenneth Branagh to Star in Mamet Play at London's National Kenneth Branagh is to make his debut at the National Theatre this summer, in David Mamet's play Edmond.

Edmond, directed by Edward Hall, will be the third production as part of the Olivier Theatre £10 season, and tickets for it will be available at the box office beginning mid-April, according to the National's press office. It's a busy time for Branagh, who will direct the Broadway mounting of The Play What I Wrote — which he also helmed in London — at New York's Lyceum Theatre in March.
