Jim Caruso had already booked several acts when he was told earlier this week that the Supper Club's King Kong Room would close immediately.

Caruso, who also hosted the acclaimed Monday night Cast Party at the King Kong Room, then scrambled to find venues for the already booked shows. Caruso was successful, and three Manhattan venues have picked up the roster of programs: the Ars Nova Theater, the Westbank Cafe's Laurie Beechman Theater and The Triad.

On Friday, Jan. 16 Paige Price's "The Ex-Files" will be presented at the Ars Nova Theater at 7 PM; "Amanda Green and Tom Kitt and Friends" will follow at 9 PM. That latter concert will feature the talents of Mario Cantone, Jerry Dixon, Greg Naughton, Nancy Opel, Julia Murney, Matt McGrath and Gavin Creel.

On Monday, Jan. 19 "ZarleySongs," featuring the work of Matt Zarley, will be presented at the Westbank Cafe's Laurie Beechman Theater at 7 PM. Among the performers interpreting Zarley's songs include Billy Porter, Julia Murney, Ric Ryder, Jerry Dixon, Marty Thomas, Naomi Naughton and Lisa Howard. Natalie Douglas will then offer her "Tribute to Nina Simone" at 9 PM.

The Westbank Cafe's Laurie Beechman Theater is also the new venue for Barbara Sfraga's cabaret act on Friday, Jan. 23 at 8 PM. An encore presentation of "Amanda Green and Tom Kitt and Friends" follows at 9 PM.

The Triad on West 72nd Street will host Natalie Douglas on Monday, Jan. 26 at 9 PM. Douglas will be presenting her aforementioned Nina Simone evening. And, on Friday, Jan. 30 the Westbank Cafe will offer Jeremy Schonfeld at 7 PM and the Amanda Green gang at 9 PM.
