On Sept. 10, Playwrights Horizons will offer a sneak peek at its 2009-2010 Off-Broadway season with a panel including Daniel Goldfarb (The Retributionists), Annie Baker (Circle Mirror Transformation), Melissa James Gibson (This), Bruce Norris (Clybourne), Kia Corthron (A Cool Dip in the Barren Saharan) and Mariana Elder, Chris Miller, and Nathan Tysen (The Burnt Part Boys: A New Musical). David Cote moderates the 7:30 PM discussion.

92YTribeca will also screen a sing-along version of the 1986 screen adaptation of the Alan Menken-Howard Ashman musical Little Shop of Horrors on Oct. 24 at 11 PM. The Frank Oz film captures original Off-Broadway cast member Ellen Greene with Rick Moranis, Steve Martin and more. Raven Snook will host the game and beer-filled evening that encourages Little Shop-inspired costumes.

As previously reported, Tony winners Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey will discuss the creation of the Broadway musical Next to Normal Oct. 28 at 7 PM. The evening will also feature cast members performing a new song penned by the songwriters, inspired from fan input on the official Next to Normal Twitter page.
