PlayBlog Kristin Chenoweth, "Modern Family" and "Glee" Accept GLAAD Awards (Video) The 2011 GLAAD Media Awards were presented April 10 in Los Angeles at the Westin Bonaventure.

Promises, Promises' Sean Hayes presented his Broadway co-star Kristin Chenoweth with the Vanguard Award, given to media professionals who have increased the visibility and understanding of the LGBT community.

The award for Outstanding Comedy Series was a tie between ABC's "Modern Family" and Fox's "Glee." Jesse Tyler Ferguson with cast members Julie Bowen and Ariel Winter accepted the award for "Modern Family," and Chris Colfer accepted the award for "Glee" with onscreen father Mike O'Malley.

Tony Award nominee Dolly Parton was also at the award ceremony to present the Stephen F. Kolzak Award to NBC Entertainment Chairman Robert Greenblatt.
