Broadway singers Ann Winkowski, Danny Michaels and Sylvia Miller will be featured in Rodgers and Hammerstein Song Book, a Festival on the Green production at the Los Angeles County Arboretum, June 26 at 7.30 PM.
The gates of the Arboretum will be opened at 5.30 PM for picnics, which may be ordered from participating restaurants. There will be pre-concert entertainment as well.
The California Philharmonic Orchestra led by Victor Vener will perform excerpts from such Rodgers and Hammerstein classics as Carousel, The King and I, Oklahoma! and South Pacific.
Individual tickets and tables of 6 or 10 are available. Seats range from $10 to $47. The Arboretum is located at 301 N. Baldwin Ave., just south of the 210 Fwy. Call(626) 844-6600.
