Mermaid Hosts Midwinter Night's Feast of the Bard Jan. 24 LOS ANGELES -- John Randolph and Nan Martin will read selected passages from Shakespeare at A Midwinter Night's Feast , a gala benefit supporting the many programs of the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum to be held Jan. 24, 6 PM at the historic Mermaid in Topanga Canyon.

LOS ANGELES -- John Randolph and Nan Martin will read selected passages from Shakespeare at A Midwinter Night's Feast , a gala benefit supporting the many programs of the Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum to be held Jan. 24, 6 PM at the historic Mermaid in Topanga Canyon. Founded 40 years ago by the late Will Geer, the non-profit Theatricum Botanicum not only offers classical and contemporary plays in its outdoor amphitheatre but sponsors an acting school, an out-reach program and classroom enrichment programs for Los Angeles students.

A Midwinter Night's Feast will be hosted by TV's David Sheehan and will feature a sit-down supper, chamber music and entertainment. The tax-deductible donation is $100 per person. (310) 455-2322.
