L.A. Theatre Works' The Play's the Thing live radio theatre series presents The Diary of Anne Frank, with five performances recorded live at the Skirball Cultural Center, Nov. 18 - 22, for broadcast on KCRW 89.9 FM. Anne Frank stars Jonathan Kaplan and Harris Yulin from the recent Broadway revival, Kellie Martin (from TV's "ER"), Emmy-winner Judith Light (TV's "Who's the Boss"), Tony Award winner John Rubinstein (Pippin, Children of a Lesser God), Tony-winner Paul Sand (Paul Sills' Story Theatre), Marissa Chibas (Abe Lincoln in Illinois), and Jennifer Dundas Lowe (Arcadia).

The production is the West Coast premiere of Wendy Kesselman's new adaptation of the 1955 play by Frances Goodrich and Albert Hackett. The Kesselman adaptation made its Broadway debut last season, starring Natalie Portman and Linda Lavin.

L.A. Theatre Works' The Diary of Anne Frank, will record five performances before a live audience at the Skirball Cultural Center (2701 N. Sepulveda Blvd.) , Nov. 18 - 22. For tickets ($28-$32) or more information call (310) 827-0889.
