LOS ANGELES -- TV sports anchor, editor and author Chuck Benedict brings his one-man show, Chuck Benedict's Scrapbook, back to the Two Roads Theatre on Fri. nights only through Mar. 6. Benedict, who is seen regularly on Channel 11, premiered his show in January for a month-long run. Scrapbook focuses on unusual and little-known stories of personalities from the worlds of sports and entertainment.
Among the subjects he covers in his dramatic monologue are Charles Laughton and his buddy, George; Howard Hughes and the underground; and Ty Cobb and a black man from Georgia.
