Tony winner LaChanze (If/Then, The Color Purple) is set to join composer and lyricist Jason Robert Brown at his May 15 concert at Subculture.
Brown is currently Artist-In-Residence at the downtown venue. The intimate concert series features music from throughout his career and new works in development. Previous guests include Kelli O’Hara, Steven Pasquale, Norbert Leo Butz, Tom Kitt, Tony Danza, Laura Benanti, Cynthia Erivo, Tituss Burgess, Lena Hall and more.
