Los Angeles' Acme Comedy Theatre will celebrate 1,000 performances on New Year's Eve with Acme New Year's Jubilee. The one performance only show will be hosted by Teddy Towne, a lounge-lizard character created by Ted Hardwick. Other members of the Acme Players who will perform include: Adam Carolla (host of MTV's"Lovelines"); Mad TV series regulars Alex Borstein and Lisa Kushell; and Paul Rugg, star of Freakazoid.
