A heralded musical comedy about a talentless young actor and a world premiere about an immigrant with a knack for balloon animals, will soon close Off-Broadway.

Featuring a book by Joseph Stein (Fiddler on the Roof) and music and lyrics by Stan Daniels, the critically heralded musical stars Josh Grisetti, Jill Eikenberry, Michael Tucker, Janine LaManna and George S. Irving. Stuart Ross directs the 1930's set musical, based on the play of the same title, about an aspiring actor who must free himself from a host of overbearing relatives and friends, while struggling to meet the challenge of an immense lack of talent. Romanian playwright Saviana Stanescu has penned the work about Nadia, a clown from the unhappiest country in the world who could find a better life in America if it weren't for Homeland Security and a letter of deportation.
