The Intiman Theatre in Seattle will close its current production of David Hare's Skylight Sept. 18. Performances began Aug. 20. Intiman associate artistic director Victor Pappas directs.

This 1996 Olivier Award-winning drama, which also came to Broadway, explores the relationship of Tom, a businessman, and Kyra, his mistress who meet again three years after they've abruptly parted. Hare's other plays include Via Dolorosa, The Blue Room, The Judas Kiss and Racing Demon.

Frank Corrado and Gina Nagy star as Tom and Kyra with John McCarthy as Tom's son Edward.

The design team includes Robert A. Dahlstrom (set), Dec Trout (costume), Allen Lee Hughes (lights) and Stephen LeGrand (sound). J.R. Welden is the stage manager.

Upcoming at the Intiman are The Royal Family (Sept. 29-Nov. 14) and Dear Liar by Jerome Kilty (Oct. 20-Nov. 20). -- By Christine Ehren
