  • Gatz (Off-Broadway at the Public Theater). Elevator Repair Service's word-for-word staging of F. Scott Fitzgerald's iconic American novel sold-out its twice-extended run at the Public. The six and a half-hour marathon event conjures the world of 1920's Long Island and New York City from the mind of an office worker who cracks open the tome. Visit PublicTheater.  

  • Imagining Heschel (Off-Broadway at the Culture Project). Academy Award-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss and Pulitzer Prize finalist Rinde Eckert star in the Culture Project world premiere of Colin Greer's play that brings to light the private conversations between Cardinal Augustin Bea and Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel as the two men attempt to resolve the Vatican's formal exoneration of the Jewish people for the death of Christ.
