Concluding Jan. 13 An Evening With Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin (Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre). An Evening reunites Tony Award-winning performers (and lifelong friends) Patti LuPone and Mandy Patinkin for the first time since Evita. "Much more than a concert, this is a unique musical love story told entirely through a masterful selection of the greatest songs ever written for the stage." Following Broadway, the concert act will again hit the road. Next up, LuPone and Patinkin will play the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City from Jan. 17-22. Visit Telecharge.

Concluding Jan. 15

Once (Off-Broadway at New York Theatre Workshop). Once is an intimate show about a Dublin busker called Guy whose performance and songwriting efforts are encouraged by a Czech musician-muse named Girl. Following the Off-Broadway engagement, Once will begin performances on Broadway Feb. 28 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. The official opening is March 18.
