Special Features LAST CHANCE: What's Closing This Week Here's Playbill.com's weekly "Last Chance" reminder to catch Broadway, Off-Broadway and world-premiere productions before they take a final bow.

Concluding Aug. 4

Fela! (Broadway at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre). The return engagement of Fela!, the Tony-winning Broadway musical about Nigerian musician and political figure Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, features its original Tony Award-nominated star, Sahr Ngaujah. In Fela!, according to producers, "audiences are welcomed into the extravagant, decadent and rebellious world of Afrobeat legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti. Using his pioneering music (a blend of jazz, funk and African rhythm and harmonies), [the musical] explores Kuti's controversial life as artist, political activist and revolutionary musician." Concluding Aug. 5

Memphis (Broadway at the Shubert Theatre). Memphis, the Tony Award-winning musical about a soulful, white radio DJ and his love for a black singer at the dawn of the Civil Rights movement, stars Montego Glover and Adam Pascal. Here's how producers bill the musical: "Memphis takes place in the smoky halls and underground clubs of the segregated 50’s, where a young white DJ named Huey Calhoun fell in love with everything he shouldn’t: rock and roll and an electrifying black singer. Memphis is an original story about the cultural revolution that erupted when his vision met her voice, and the music changed forever." Visit MemphisTheMusical.com.

Harvey (Broadway at Studio 54). The Roundabout Theatre Company revival of Mary Chase's Harvey stars Emmy winner Jim Parsons. "Charming and kind, Elwood (Parsons) has only one character flaw: an unwavering friendship with a 6-foot-tall, invisible white rabbit named Harvey," according to the Roundabout. "In order to save the family's social reputation, Elwood's sister Veta (Jessica Hecht) takes Elwood to the local sanatorium. But when the doctors mistakenly commit his anxiety-ridden sister, Elwood — and Harvey—slip out of the hospital unbothered, setting off a hilarious whirlwind of confusion and chaos as everyone in town tries to catch a man and his invisible rabbit." Visit RoundaboutTheatre.org. Slowgirl (Off-Broadway at the Claire Tow Theater). Lincoln Center Theater's LCT3 production of Greg Pierce's Slowgirl, an intimate two-actor play, stars Željko Ivanek and Sarah Steele. The play, according to LCT3, "is the story of Becky (Steele), a teenager who flees to her reclusive uncle Sterling’s (Ivanek) retreat in the Costa Rican jungle to escape the aftermath of a horrific accident. The week they spend together forces them both to confront who they are as well as what it is they are running from." Visit LCT.org.

Triassic Parq (Off-Broadway at the Soho Playhouse). Triassic Parq The Musical, winner of the 2010 Fringe Festival Award for Best Musical, features Lindsay Nicole Chambers, Brandon Espinoza, Wade McCollum, Claire Neumann, Lee Seymour, Shelley Thomas and Alex Wyse. Here's how it's billed: "Raucous and hilarious, Triassic Parq The Musical vividly brings together music, sex and singing dinosaurs in ways hitherto unimagined. Chaos is unleashed upon the not-so-prehistoric world when one dinosaur in a clan of females spontaneously turns male. The mutation spawns a chain reaction of identity crises, forcing the dinosaurs to question the very facts of life they've held as truth. Triassic Parq is an unflinching musical meditation on science, faith and love. Like all great tales laden with import, it is narrated by Morgan Freeman." Visit TriassicParq.com.
