Tony Award-winning actor Laura Benanti has booked her concert shows into venues in Massachusetts, New Jersey, California, and Ohio for fall 2017.
A Tony winner for playing the title role in Gypsy (2008) and star of Broadway's recent She Loves Me revival, the five-time Tony-nominated Benanti has appeared in nine Broadway shows, and recently played nightclub gigs in New York with her mother, Linda Wonneberger Benanti, who had a Broadway career of her own, appearing in the chorus of the 1980 revival of Brigadoon. She’s currently on TV as Alura Zor-El in the CW action drama Supergirl.
The shows feature songs from throughout her career, along with “humorous anecdotes and experiences that she has encountered on/off the stage and screen.”
