News Laura Osnes Will Join Christine Andreas, Jason Graae, Howard McGillin for Lyrics & Lyricists Concert Guest artistic director Robert Kimball will inaugurate the 92nd Street Y's 2012 Lyrics & Lyricists season with Makin’ Whoopee: Walter Donaldson, Gus Kahn and the Jazz Age.

Performances at the East Side venue are scheduled for Jan. 7, 2012, at 8 PM, Jan. 8 at 2 PM and 7 PM and Jan. 9 at 2 PM and 8 PM.

Joining Kimball will be the previously reported host Charles Osgood, Vince Giordano & The Nighthawks (toting vintage band charts), and vocalists Christine Andreas, Jason Graae, Howard McGillin and the team of William Bolcom and Joan Morris.

Newly announced for the weekend of concerts is Laura Osnes, who is currently starring in Broadway's Bonnie & Clyde.

Songwriting duo Donaldson and Kahn were a hit-making powerhouse in the ‘20s and ‘30s, teaming up on “Yes Sir, That's My Baby,” “Love Me or Leave Me,” "Makin’ Whoopee” and dozens more.

Individual tickets range from $67 to $52. There is also a special under-35 ticket price of $25 for the Saturday and Sunday evening shows. For tickets and more information visit www.92Y.org/Lyrics.
