MAC Award-winning lyricist Amanda Green, represented on Broadway last season with the new musical High Fidelity, will play Birdland Sept. 16 at 7 PM. She will be joined by several guest stars as well as musical director Tom Kitt. There is a $25 cover charge.

Legally Blonde star Kate Shindle and Wild Party composer Michael John LaChiusa will team up for a Sept. 17 performance at the intimate cabaret. The duo will perform Broadway standards as well as several of LaChiusa's tunes. Show time is 7 PM; cover charge is $30.
