News Lazar to Be Part of Masada and South Pacific Concerts It's a busy time for Aaron Lazar, who plays his final performance as Enjolras in the Broadway revival of Les Misérables April 22.

Lazar, who was also seen in Adam Guettel's Light in the Piazza, will star in a concert version of Shuki Levy and David Goldsmith's Masada May 3 at Israel's Masada National Park. On July 21 the singing actor will take part in an evening at Wolf Trap in Vienna, VA. Entitled "Hollywood to the Great White Way," the concert will feature the National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Marvin Hamlisch. Lazar will perform tunes from Hollywood and Broadway scores.

Lazar will also join the previously announced Brian Stokes Mitchell and Reba McEntire for three concerts of South Pacific Aug. 3-5 at the Hollywood Bowl. Lazar will play Lt. Cable in the concert version of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical.

On Broadway Aaron Lazar has been seen in Les Misérables, The Light in the Piazza, The Phantom of the Opera and Oklahoma! and Off-Broadway in Hallelujah Baby!. He appeared in the London revival of On the Town as well as in the national tour of The Scarlet Pimpernel. His screen credits include "The Notorious Bettie Page," "One Man's Castle," "Johnny Moment," "The Poker Game," "Mahogany Pipe," "All My Children," "The Guiding Light" and "Empire."
